ok u all..it was like this..i was thinking about what to do to reduce my weight(kali ni tol2 pk tau coz my youngest bro advised me to lose weight because he said i am really fat!ouchhh..itu sgt pedih!!!)

our little family rarely eat fruits..hence,the lack of fruits in our house.OH KASIHAN GILER(OKG)..hihihihihi..i mean we don't have fruits everyday on our table..1-2 minggu skali ke adela epal ke oren ke..or pape g buahan tmpatan..tp usually this two je la..OKG skali g..klau beli,madang je xhabis..tau x madang tu ape?hehehe..kasihan la we all ni..
kesimpulan dari rambling ini adalah,sok kne cube krgkn mkn..klau tidokkkk...........mkin menjadi la..(tp knape sok??)sbb arini kn nk wat donat..and td dh mkn byk mase lunch..adoiiiii..plizzzlaaa..insafla ckit!!gemok sgt dh tu!!!
p/s: mkn buah-buahan byk2 bole awet muda tau sbb ade anti-oxidant..so,mknla buah byk2 ari2..(take note diri sndri!haisyyy..)
Rumah mak akak wajib ada buah..mak ngan abah akak sgt menjaga pemakanan tp end up abah still ada kencing manis!!
